I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal health by embracing a balanced approach to nutrition, movement, and overall wellbeing.

I believe in the power of ancestral nutrition, nourishing our bodies naturally, as our ancestors did, is key to achieving lasting health and vitality. I’m deeply committed to supporting metabolic health, which is foundational for maintaining energy, managing weight, and preventing chronic diseases.

My mission is to empower individuals to nourish their bodies in a way that fits their lifestyles, guiding them toward true wellness and helping them tap into their full potential.

My story

I grew up in Barcelona, Spain, a place known for its Mediterranean lifestyle. Slow-paced living, delicious food, and a balanced diet. It was an ideal childhood, with a family deeply connected to natural medicine. My mother’s chemical sensitivity led us to maintain a household free of chemicals, which shaped my early understanding of health and wellness.

However, like many, we were also influenced by the ever-changing trends in marketing and media. As a health-conscious kid, I was raised in the trendy diet low in fats, lean meats, and lots of salads and vegetables. Kale was hailed as a superfood, milk was deemed bad for you, and oat milk was the alternative. Eggs were said to raise cholesterol, so we limited ourselves to just two a week. I followed these trends throughout my adolescence, even going vegan for a year. But with each diet I tried, I experienced imbalances; my menstrual cycle was a mess, and I developed so many gut issues. It was a confusing time, and I didn’t fully understand what was happening to my body.

From a young age, I’ve always been attuned to my body and curious about how it functions. When I moved to Australia in 2014, my interest in health deepened, especially as I became more involved in sports.
With new physical demands on my body, I immersed myself in books, podcasts, and documentaries to learn more. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Clinical Nutrition).

After years of trial and error, personal experiences, and learning, I discovered a whole-food, ancestral nutrition approach that truly transformed my health. This approach helped me to nourish my body in a way that felt natural, sustainable, and deeply healing.

Today, I’m committed to helping others achieve balance in their lives, not just in what they eat, but in how they move and care for their entire wellbeing. I’ve personally seen the incredible results of this approach and have witnessed the same transformative changes in my clients.
